Welcome in theiner's garten!

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room at 11.00 a.m. for the next guests. If you would like to use our vitality area and lunch buffet after 11.00 a.m., you are welcome to do so for an extra charge of € 26.00 per person. If available, you are also welcome to use your room until the evening (6.00 p.m.) at a price of € 45.00 including lunch buffet and cake buffet per person. 

If you need a doctor, please contact the reception. The nearest pharmacy is in Postal, Romstraße 87, tel. +39 0473 292500. Opening hours from 8.30-12.30 and from 15.00 - 19.00.

We recommend that you keep personal valuables or cash in your room safe during your holiday.

Let our SPA team treat you with products from the tg cosmetic line from 9.00 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. Make an appointment by calling 507 directly at the SPA reception or 500 at the hotel reception. Our staff have your appointments firmly scheduled for you and look forward to treating you. Please note that cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged an 80% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100%.

Access to the roof terrace is at your own risk and children under the age of 12 are only allowed if accompanied by an adult.

Would you like an extra pillow or a fluffy, warm blanket? We will be happy to bring them to your room. 

Explore the surroundings (range up to approx. 200 km) in an environmentally friendly way with our Mercedes Electric Drive. Daily rental € 55. You are welcome to charge your own e-cars in the garage on the left, please contact the reception for this. 

The Adige Valley is a paradise for cyclists. You can leave your own bicycle in the lockable bicycle cellar. At the reception your room card will be activated for access. You will find a small repair bench and an air compressor in the bike cellar.

Even at the slightest sign of smoke or fire, please contact our reception immediately. Emergency exits, escape routes and fire alarms are well and clearly marked. Our hotel is also monitored by an automatic fire alarm system and the siren sounds in case of danger. In the event of a fire, please keep all doors closed and observe the escape route plan on the room door. If all escape routes are no longer passable, take refuge on the balcony. 

To ensure that the rooms are free of electrosmog, there is no television in your room. On request, we will be happy to provide you with a television free of charge; the radiation-shielded connections are provided for this purpose. 

Our sports and exercise room is located on our roof terrace on the 3rd floor. Opening hours are daily from 8.00 to 19.00. Children under 12 are only allowed in when accompanied by an adult.

For some room categories, a parking space in the underground garage is included in the price (Gartensuite, Panorama, Deluxe and Superior Pergola). For the rooms Terra and Comfort Aroma a parking space in the garage can be booked for 7,00 €/day.

The nearby 9-hole golf course Lana and the golf course Appiano make golfers' hearts beat faster and promise a special kind of natural experience. 5 other golf courses can be reached in about 1 hour by car: Golfclub Passiria - Merano, Golfclub Dolomiti, Golfclub Castelrotto – Alpe di Siusi, Golfclub Petersberg, Golfclub Carezza, Golfclub Appiano...

Our guests enjoy the gastronomic culture of our hotel. To ensure that you and all our guests enjoy fine dining in a beautiful atmosphere, we kindly ask you not to use your mobile phone in the dining room and to mute the ring tone.

We attach great importance to our sauna being a place of retreat for relaxation and well-being. So that you and all other sauna guests can enjoy the soothing warmth and peace and quiet to the full, we would ask you not to use your mobile phone in the sauna area and to suppress the ringtone.

Would you like to stay out a little longer? No problem at all, because your room key is also the front door key, with which you can enter the hotel even after 10.30 pm.

Being online while on holiday is also possible at theiner's garten. Internet access is available in all rooms via laptop and LAN cable (available at the reception). You will find W-LAN in the public area of the hotel. The password is: biohotel.

We are delighted about every child's laughter in our house. Playing, romping and discovering nature - nowhere is that better than with us. And to ensure that the holiday remains relaxed for all our big and small guests, we ask parents for their support in observing quiet times in the hotel and pool area. 

• Please do not romp and shout in the entire hotel area, especially in the pool area.
• Infants are only allowed in the water with swim nappies.
• Please do not jump from the edge of the pool.
• Children under 10 years of age are only allowed in the pool when accompanied by their parents.
• Children under 14 are not allowed in the sauna area.
• Children under 12 years of age may only enter the fitness room and the roof terrace if accompanied by their parents.
• Parents are liable for their children.

We are happy to take care of your needs and provide cots and highchairs free of charge.

In order to also offer our younger guests lots of fun and variety, there is a playground for children and a large playroom behind the hotel.

On hot summer days, we gently cool your room via the clay wall. You are welcome to regulate the cooling autonomously:

The hotel's own walking path leads you through the 70,000 m² orchard of our nearby organic farm. The Bergerhof is about 200 m from the hotel. Follow the pavement along the main road to the right until you see the sign "Bergerhof". You can open the pedestrian gate with your room key; then follow the signs.
For your longer runs, the nearby cycle path is also suitable.

Our tap water is the finest mountain spring water and can be drunk without hesitation.

During the hike or on the way home: a packed lunch (€ 12.00) gives you strength. Please order your packed lunch in advance at the reception.

You sleep on high-quality rubber mattresses. On request we can provide you with softer mattress pads.

To ensure that the rooms are free of electrosmog, there is no minibar in your room. Should you wish to refrigerate medicines or other products, for example, you can leave this at the reception.

The local tax was introduced in South Tyrol in 2014 and amounts to € 2.90 per guest and night (from 14 years). The local tax is required on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

In keeping with our health-oriented philosophy, theiner's garten is a non-smoking house. We would like to remind you that smoking is not permitted in the room or on the room balcony. We therefore ask you to smoke only in the designated area on the terrace or in the entrance area in front of the hotel. 

Be on the safe side! To avoid fees in unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you take out theiner’s travel insurance for just €9.00 per room and night. theiner’s travel insurance can be paid together with your booking or can be charged to your credit card. (Only applies for individual bookings)

Feel at home, even in the restaurant. Theiner's garten ¾ Pension offers breakfast, lunch buffet, afternoon snack and dinner. Our kitchen team creates a delicious 5-course gourmet menu daily from 18.30 - 20.30. We kindly ask you to arrive for dinner by 8.30 pm at the latest. You are also welcome to arrive in your bathrobe for the Vital Snack and cake.

The sauna oasis is a nude area. Saunas are reserved for adults - children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the saunas.

We give you the South Tyrolean Guest Pass for free! This entitles you to free and unlimited use of public transport and all public cable cars from the moment you check in. Please note: the Guest Pass must be validated for each journey. Here you can find the current timetable.

Do you need a taxi? Please contact our reception and we will organise a taxi for you at your preferred time.

To reach other rooms, the respective room number can be dialled directly. For rooms from 1 to 8, 100 must be dialled in advance, i.e. 1001-1008.

The tennis court in Gargazzone is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Next door you will find the restaurant "Naturbar" in Gargazzone and the natural swimming pool.

Dear guests, if you would like to honour the services of our hard-working staff, you have the following options:

• You hand it over to the employee personally.
• If you would like to reward an entire department (e.g. kitchen), you can deposit it at reception and we will then pass it on to the staff.
• The piggy bank at the reception: This money is periodically distributed equally to all employees in the house.

Hiking folders and cycling folders with many tour suggestions are available in the bar area. We offer weekly guided hikes as part of our activity programme. 
 

Our room fairies will be happy to do the washing and ironing for you. This service is subject to a fee. Prices can be found in your room cupboard.
